It’s time to welcome the founder of @the_japanese_bitters and a bonafide master of cocktail seasonings, @yukiyamazaki0608, to Kinsman on December 13. The Japanese Bitters distills flavours like yuzu, umami, hinoki, sakura and shiso into the finishing touch for cocktails, providing a distinct aftertaste that lingers in the memory.
For one night only, Yuki-san will craft distinctly Japanese tipples using his creations alongside @hendricksgin and @monkeyshoulder.
