On Saturday, February 22, from 7–10 p.m., Avoca welcomes Bar Us from Bangkok—ranked #41 on the World’s 50 Best Bars list and #21 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars—for one night only.
Founded by Taln Sudarat Rojanavanich and Aum Veerach Sawaengsupt, Bar Us is known for its experimental approach to cocktails, drawing inspiration from progressive kitchens and reimagining drinks as a multi-course experience. Their Bangkok bar is a striking, minimalist space with an almost laboratory-like setup, where ingredients from local farms are distilled, fermented, and reworked into unexpected combinations.
