@thespiritslibrary, Manila’s renowned purveyor of rare bottles and cocktail travel tales, comes to Avoca on Friday, 24 January.
Headlining the night are award-winning mixologists @ralph_allen_santos and @eduduhh. Santos, a driving force behind The Spirits Library’s success, has guided it to accolades like Asia’s Top 80 Bars and Tatler Best of Asia 2024. Partnering with him, Edu brings creativity and precision, crafting connections one cocktail at a time.
Signature serves for the evening include a tropical Ramos Gin Fizz inspired by Charles Baker’s iconic travel memoirs, the Manila Leap Frog, and two exclusive creations: Monk Antrim’s Julep and the Barry Cocktail.
