Join us as we kick off our Culinary Cocktail Series with Patrick from @uniontradingco next Thursday (Mar 13)! Culinary Cocktail Series is Wing Lei Bar’s latest guest shift program where the gastronomy world meets @mark__macau’s world, collaborating with bars who champion culinary ingredients in their concoctions 
From 8PM till sold out, Patrick will bring signatures from Union Trading Company (#48 World’s 50 Best Bars 2021), a Shanghai staple with a decade of history under its belt. UTC’s general manager, Patrick Zhou, will translate vibrant spices from the streets of Shanghai into exquisite cocktails, as well as “Char Siu Old Fashioned”, a collaboration between Patrick and our very own Mark, exclusive to this guest shift.
