Bringing 2 decades of experience shaking up the bar scene and crafting his own spirits across the UK, this Scottish bar veteran has journeyed to Asia, launching exciting bar concepts in Bangkok, Shanghai, and beyond, before settling in the vibrant heart of Macau at The Wynn.
Armed with a background in industrial chemistry and craft distilling, Mark has a knack for creating perfectly balanced cocktails. He will be taking over the Honky bar for one night only, showcasing some of the best from Wing Lei Bar — we are all in for a treat.
