@worldclass World’s Best Bartender of the Year 2011 and bar manager at the Palace Hotel in Tokyo, Ohtake-san has been behind the bar since 1994. He now runs Royal Bar, a timeless classic quietly tucked inside the five-star Palace Hotel Tokyo.
